Babbit Bodner, a leading communications consultancy, recently added new talent to its Atlanta-based team, kicking the firm into high-growth mode.
The full-service communications and marketing agency expanded its multicultural and client service capabilities with the addition of Director of Client Services, Kendra Matathia. It also added Account Manager Caroline Heys to help drive traditional and social media relations. The addition of Matathia and Heys also strengthens the firm’s focus on the power-of-she and Gen Z.
Matathia brings to Babbit Bodner her expertise in multicultural marketing and more than 15 years of public relations experience. She relocated to Atlanta from California, where she oversaw JCPenney’s multicultural business on behalf of Havas PR. Prior to that, as a vice president at The Axis Agency in Texas, Matathia development bilingual and bicultural strategies for clients such as Pfizer, Verizon and CVS. Earlier, she worked in public relations in New York with a diverse clientele, including Kraft Foods, Oscar Meyer and Brinker International Restaurants.
As an account manager, Heys plays a key role at Babbit Bodner, helping drive communications outreach for a variety of clients. A recent UGA grad, Heys has continued her education and recently finished General Assembly’s Front-End Web Development course to offer web dev services to relevant clients. An Atlanta native, Heys came to Babbit Bodner from Trevelino/Keller.
